Are your Japanese cards 100% authentic?
Yes, without exception. All our cards and sealed products are sourced directly in Japan (Japanese wholesaler and in-person buying) or in France from trusted sellers. No reproductions, no counterfeits. Graded cards are authenticated and sealed by PSA.
How can I verify a PSA graded card?
Every PSA card has a unique certification number shown on its page. Click it to reach PSA's official site (psacard.com), which confirms the grade and the card's details. You can check for yourself, before and after purchase.
How are my cards protected in shipping?
Every card ships protected: sleeve then toploader or rigid protection, inside a reinforced parcel. Sealed and graded products are packed to travel safely. Everything ships from France.
Do you ship to Italy and abroad?
Yes. We ship to France, Italy, the European Union and internationally. Costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
Will I pay customs fees?
No for deliveries within France and the European Union (Italy included): everything ships from France, with no customs or import VAT for you. For destinations outside the EU, local fees may apply depending on the country.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is 100% secure via Stripe: credit/debit card and major European payment methods.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Under French law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full terms are detailed in our returns and withdrawal policy.
What is a "JP" card?
"JP" means the Japanese edition. We specialise in Japanese Pokémon and One Piece TCG: often the world's first releases, with exclusive artworks and rarities (SAR, UR, AR, SEC…).
